The kids are now back to school and routines are well and truely started….. Lunch boxes need to be packed and dinners organised!

Now is the time for you and some time to create some new habits and learn new skills.

Our First Steps to Change program is a 6 week program that provides you with an understanding of learning about health, nutrition, understanding what’s in our foods, how to make the best choices and getting ‘Back to Basics’.

The First Steps to Change program helps you learn about about real foods and learning how to create new habits.

It includes our very own FB group where we can have comfortable discussions, have an interactive live every week which is recorded if you can’t make it (to view anytime), has recipes to make, discount on products, an ebook of my new cookbook ‘What’s for Lunch?’ and future workshops and retreats and lots more.  Please see below for the full list of whats included!

Week 1 – INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the 6-week program.

  • Provides you with an understanding of how to create health through eating real food and adapting lifestyle changes.
  • Understanding your ‘sickness signs and symptoms’.
  • Recognising where you need to make a change to happen in your life
  • Understanding Nutritionism and Vitalism
  • Manifesting your future vision
  • New Recipes for you to make (Beautiful Recipe Workshop to follow and learn some new wholesome ingredients).

 

Week 2 – DECLUTTERING, RE-STOCKING and FOOD LABELS

  • What’s better? To Declutter or Rearrange. Explains how a cluttered home can contribute to health concerns.
  • Steps on cleaning and organising your pantry
  • Cleaning the fridge and the One-Ingredient Pantry
  • How to shop for health and Understanding Food Labelling
  • Recognising Wholefoods
  • New Recipes for you to make.

Week 3 – Evolution of Eating – MORNING RITUALS, BREAKFAST and LUNCH

  • Evolution of Food and Seasonal Eating
  • Getting back to traditional foods
  • Starting your day right with your own rituals/ morning routine and
  • Healthy BREAKFAST options
  • Healthy LUNCH options
  • New Recipes for you to make

Week 4 – DINNER and SNACKS

  • What we should and shouldn’t be cooking our foods in and why they may be harmful to our health
  • How to store your foods
  • DINNER ideas
  • Healthy Eating Out Tips
  • Healthy Snack Options
  • New Recipes and Ingredients for you to explore.

 

Week 5 – DRINKS, FOOD, MOOD, SLEEP & SUPPLEMENTATION

  • The importance of WATER in our diet
  • A look at Alcohol and other drinks
  • Mood Boosting Foods and Doomers
  • The effects that lack of sleep, medications and supplements can have on you.
  • Cooking Demonstration (may also involve a recipe for a raw slice….yummmmmm)

 

Week 6 – SUN, SKIN and MOVEMENT

  • Why we need the Sun and it’s relationship to our Skin, Vitamins and our Sleep.
  • Choosing the right Skin Care Products for your health and understanding what’s in yours.
  • Why we need movement and how we can incorporate this into our lives.
  • Cooking Demonstration and Recipe (May be a cake involved)
