Wellness Retreats

A series of full day retreats set in the peaceful country setting of Ocean View.

At each retreat our therapists will guide you through a day of activities to nourish your body, mind and soul.

You will enjoy delicious whole food meals and organic teas.

The Art of FERMENTATION

An introduction to the world of fermenting.

Learn how and why we ferment, how to use ‘whole food’ cultures and why it is so good for your gut.

We explore how to use Kultured Wellness Coconut Kefit, Coconut Yoghurt and the NEW Fermented Bread.

This is a hands-on workshop where you will make and take home your very own ferments.
